Firstly, apologies for not posting lately, I’ll be posting more often especially now that we’re so close to tournament. Some of the post will be written with some pics incorporated and some will be Vlogs with our first vlog coming tomorrow!

Blog 1!

Training has been going really well, we’re all looking really fit and strong for the up and coming Nationals.

Most people at the Dojo have had the flu at some stage because its winter here in NZ. I’ve finally got the flu, had it for nearly a week now and only gone to 2 training sessions. I’m praying I’ll get over the worst of it by Saturdays session. If not then I’ll still be going to that session.

Keep an eye out for tomorrows light training session with the Seido lot.

I’ve never had the chance to see the now Jun Shihan Ino ever do Kata but I heard stories he was good.

Here’s a rare clip of Jun Shihan Ino, then Sensei Ino Preforming ‘Seido Empi-no sho kata.

All I can say.. “Amazing!”
